Community and Impact Specialist
Location : Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Community and Impact Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our philanthropic initiatives and our strategic partner. This individual will play a critical role in collecting, organizing, and managing one-of-a-kind charitable experiences and items, coordinating their successful launch with our partners platform.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful social impact initiatives and help raise significant funds—working at the dynamic intersection of entertainment, philanthropy, and innovative fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and operations staff.
Work closely with agents, managers, and talent representatives to identify and secure high-value experiences, signed memorabilia, meet-and-greets, and other auction-worthy assets.
Draft compelling experience descriptions, talent bios, and gather media assets for auction listings.
Ensure all auction items align with internal guidelines and meet partners submission standards.
Track and manage timelines for item submissions, approvals, and auction launch dates.
Liaise with partner to monitor live listings, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in real time.
Maintain accurate and organized records of auction items, contacts, deadlines, and performance data.
Support reporting on fundraising outcomes, campaign performance, and impact metrics.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, entertainment, philanthropy, event coordination, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with the entertainment industry and / or talent management is highly preferred.
A demonstrated passion for social impact, charitable causes, and storytelling.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent writing and editing abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or content management systems is a plus.

Pay Details : $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
