Senior Manager, Business Strategy - Walmart+

As Senior Manager, you'll report to the Director of Business Strategy and lead the approach for how new members engage with Walmart+ during their free trial. This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts strategist and doer ready to turn insights into action and influence partners across teams. What You'll Do...

  • Lead the strategy to help new Walmart+ trial members stay engaged and convert to paid membership
  • Define and execute plans that drive early tenure engagement, focusing on high-impact opportunities
  • Monitor trial performance and uncover insights to improve the member experience and deliver results
  • Be the go-to expert for all things Walmart+ Trial from performance trends to optimization strategies
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams to bring ideas to life
  • Identify what motivates different member groups and use those insights to shape targeted strategies
  • Test, learn, and iterate using data to inform decisions and continuously improve how we serve members

What You'll Bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years experience in business strategy, business operations, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
  • You are someone who takes end-to-end ownership to independently lead cross-team partners through high visibility projects.
  • You have expertise in working in a cross team environment, often in complex organizational matrices.
  • Expertise in adapting your communication style to connect with different audiences, including executives and team members alike.
  • You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems.
  • You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale
  • Experience in Business strategy / Growth strategy / Operations / Product
  • Loyalty / membership program development
  • Collaboration with analytics, data science, product, technology partners, and finance

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

    Preferred Qualifications...

    Leading cross-functional teams, Supervisory experience
