Premier Private Jets is a distinguished provider of comprehensive business aviation services, including Charter, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) [PremierMRO], and Fixed Base Operations (FBO) [PremierFBO]. With a commitment to excellence, we ensure our clients receive unparalleled service across all divisions.

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand for Charter services , MRO solutions , and FBO utilization . The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical skill, understands multi-location marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Planning

  • ? Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans with goals, budgets, and campaign themes by line of business.
  • ? Align with sales leaders in Charter , MRO , and FBO to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue targets.
  • ? Tailor messaging for high-net-worth travelers, corporate flight departments / DOMs, and local operators / tenants.

2) Demand Generation

  • ? Charter : Launch and optimize campaigns for on-demand charter, Jet Cards , and Florida Express Jet Club ; improve quote path conversion.
  • ? MRO : Generate leads for airframe inspections, avionics upgrades, interior and paint refurbishment; showcase work through before / after features and case studies.
  • ? FBO : Promote line services, hangar / office rentals, crew amenities, and local events at DAY, PTK, and CVG.
  • 3) Digital (Web, SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Analytics)

  • ? Manage website content for fleet, service, and location pages; coordinate CRO and UX enhancements with web / development teams.
  • ? Oversee paid search, social, and display campaigns; A / B test offers and creative; track performance using UTMs, GA4 / GSC, and ad platform analytics.
  • ? Strengthen local SEO for each location with accurate listings, structured data, and review-generation programs.
  • ? Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction that aligns with company voice and brand standards.
  • 4) Content & Brand

  • ? Lead the content calendar for articles, emails, videos / reels, and PR related to service updates, facility expansions, and team achievements.
  • ? Maintain consistent brand voice, ensuring all claims align with verified safety credentials and service capabilities.
  • 5) Sales Enablement & Lifecycle Marketing

  • ? Create sales tools including one-pagers, proposal language, and competitive briefs for each business line.
  • ? Work with RevOps / CRM to define lifecycle stages, track attribution, and support nurture sequences for prospects and clients.
  • 6) Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • ? Directly manage the Marketing Specialist , providing guidance, prioritization, and feedback to ensure high-quality creative and digital output
  • ? Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) and manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) for campaign execution.
  • ? Oversee timelines, scopes, and budgets to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Success Metrics

  • ? Growth in qualified quote requests and Jet Card / Florida Express sales.
  • ? Increased MRO leads and new case studies per quarter.
  • ? Improved FBO inquiries, tenancy, and local engagement at DAY / PTK / CVG.
  • ? Growth in social media followers, engagement, and conversions across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Achieving channel-level ROI, CPL, and conversion goals.

  • Requirements : Qualifications

  • ? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • ? 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management (aviation industry experience preferred but not required).
  • ? Skilled in CMS (e.g., WordPress), GA4 / GSC, paid media platforms, and CRM / marketing automation tools (Pipedrive,HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo).
  • ? Strong experience in social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • ? Excellent writing skills with the ability to create both consumer-facing and technical content.
  • ? Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
  • ? Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • ? Experience marketing Jet Cards or regional club membership products.
  • ? Familiarity with aviation safety frameworks (WYVERN, ARGUS) and communicating renewals.
  • ? Experience managing multi-location / local SEO initiatives.
