Summary :
The Supervisor Monitor Technician assists the Director with daily operational duties of the units, scheduling, onboarding, 6-month conversations, interviewing, managing staff and coordinating care throughout the hospital working with multiple departments as well as outlying ministries. This role assists with management of financial and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards. This role provides feedback and assistance concerning staff development as well as associate performance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities :

- Assists in arbitrating differences as needed.

Associate’s Degree requiredBachelor’s Degree in leadership or related field preferredExperience
4-6 years of healthcare experience preferred0-2 years of Lead or Supervisor experience preferredLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications
EKG Certification preferredWork Schedule : 5 Days - 8 Hours
