The Tommys Express Car Wash team at Weston is hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Site Leader. In this role, you have the opportunity to train alongside our Site Leader and learn all aspects of the car wash site, with special emphasis on exceptional guest service and team leadership. What we expect from our Assistant Site Leader :

1 Year of retail managerial experience in a fast-paced position that highlights your proven success in exceptional customer service and exemplary supervision required

Flexible schedule ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends required

Passion this isnt just a job, we are providing first-class customer service required

Eagerness to learn and succeed No car wash experience? No problem. As long as you bring your drive and initiative, we can teach you! required

Basic computer skills if you can maneuver an iPad, you can run the wash required

Education High School Diploma / GED is required but bonus points if you have a Degree in Business Administration or related field.
