Corgan is actively recruitingadynamicArchitectural Project Managerto join the firm as part of our Data Centersteam.Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborateto achieve outstanding results.Our idealteam memberis passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand theirexpertise.

Responsibilities

Project Managing-

• Anticipate, understand and manage client expectations
• Establish and manage project schedules.
• Completion of projects on time and within fee budget
• Administration of construction phase procedures and documentation (shop drawings / submittals, requests for information, and addenda / clarifications)
• Manage all facets of project production resulting in a thorough set of documents. Oversee quality assurance processes and quality control of project documents
• Development and presentation of appropriate technical solutions to project stakeholders. Development and communication of appropriate project phasing. Develop effective project directives, outlines, projections, schedules, and strategies over the course of the project. Identify solutions and effectively resolve technical challenges

Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects (required)
