Role Overview :
The Capital Program Analyst is a pivotal role ensuring accuracy within a complex system used as the agency's primary informational source for over $2B+ in highway and bridge infrastructure for the State of Indiana. Position is responsible for running data analytics for Quality Control and Assurance ensuring resources are aligned with fiscal year estimated obligations for current and future years up to 7 years, a highly visible task seen throughout the agency in all districts. Position will assist with reporting requirements of contracts moving to letting, ensuring dates and funding are updated timely. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance of program activities required to maintain integrity inside systems.

This position is located in INDOT's Central Office.
Salary :
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $59,800.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and / or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
