Green Cubes Technology is a Lithium-Ion battery manufacturer in a rapidly growing industry located in Kokomo, IN. Green Cubes operates in a new and expanding industry. Our goal is to accelerate and facilitate the transition from inefficient lead acid power storage systems to Lithium-Ion power storage systems. We believe in designing and producing a cleaner and safer alternative to lead acid power storage systems.

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of lithium-ion battery components used in advanced clean energy applications. This role focuses on precision, consistency, and teamwork to produce high-quality products that meet strict safety and performance standards. The position requires strong technical understanding, the ability to read and interpret engineering documentation, and skill in using hand tools and measuring instruments. The Production Associate contributes directly to efficient production operations, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous improvement efforts within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

The Production Associate will :

• Assemble battery components according to engineering specifications and technical instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.
• Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of all parts and materials.
• Take precise measurements to ensure correct alignment and fit of components.
• Cut, punch, and prepare copper busbars and other materials to required dimensions.
• Solder wires and secure components using bolts, screws, and hand tools.
• Test finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials used in production.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or process issues.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
