Primary Care Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Harlem Hospital is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Today, Harlem Hospital continues providing outstanding care to all New Yorkers.

The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details :

• Outpatient responsibility.
• Academic environment with clinical supervision of fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Daily patient load where quality patient care is promoted.
• Weekly team meeting to encourage collaboration and new ideas.
• The practice is a research site for diabetes and fully staffed with support staff, such as social workers, clinical pharmacists, and a dietitian.

Annual Base Salary : $224,000

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $341,920
