Job Summary :

The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are delivered to the required areas promptly. This role supports production operations by performing material movements, system transactions, and other warehouse-related tasks to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with quality standards.

Job responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and systematically.
• Generate and process work orders in the ERP system.
• Perform work order receipts and cycle counts as required.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Coordinate and support product flow through manufacturing and assembly areas.
• Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Handle chemicals safely as required (training provided).
• Work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Support company initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory compliance.
• Follow all U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
