What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents as required by site protocols.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol duties.Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management.Support access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as needed during patrols.What We're Looking For

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Baton certification is preferred.State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us
