Job Title : Data Scientist – Integrated Operations

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid Remote)

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work model : primarily remote within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Occasional on-site presence required for meetings, training, or business needs.
• Limited business travel may be required.

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support integrated operations by applying data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions to real-world business challenges.

This role partners closely with operational teams—including Network Operations, Ground Operations, and Crew—to drive decision-making and process improvements through data-driven insights.

Roles &  Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to data science, machine learning, AI, and optimization projects.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and model large datasets to support business objectives.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize operational performance.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain models in production.
• Evaluate third-party tools, platforms, and techniques as needed.
• Support the broader data science team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer / Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Advanced experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or optimization projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and model validation.
• Experience with data pipelines and relevant programming libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Pyspark).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, Streamlit).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, EMR).
• Exposure to specialized analytics areas such as simulation, graph analytics, or video analytics.

Compensation : $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
