You'll team up with store leaders and cross-functional partners to solve problems, improve how we fulfill orders, and help create a process that's fast, efficient, and customer-focused. This role is hybrid , which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do

• Own the ship-from-store process : Take charge of making sure online orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our retail locations quickly and accurately. You'll track performance, support store teams with training and tools, and help solve any issues that pop up to keep things moving smoothly.
• Be a go-to problem solver : Work with teams across the company to tackle issues, improve tools and processes, and make sure stores have what they need to succeed.
• Help shape the future of fulfillment : Use feedback and data to design better ways of working, support new initiatives, and create experiences that make both employees and customers happy.
