Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30pm with occasional prescheduled weekend day or weekday evening for community-based events.
• Procedures required : None
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Support : Medical Assistant, Registrar, Social worker, Community Health Worker, Security Guard / Driver
