As a Security Professional - Bank Floor Patrol in Federal Way, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication to staff and visitors. Wed 08 : 45 AM - 05 : 15 PM

Thur 08 : 45 AM - 05 : 15 PM

Fri 08 : 45 AM - 06 : 15 PM

Sat 09 : 45 AM - 01 : 45 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while representing Allied Universal.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution premises and perimeter, observing for any security-related concerns or unusual activity.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior within the location through visible presence and attentive observation.

Document and report security-related incidents and / or suspicious activities according to site procedures.

Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff, visitors, and / or clients within the financial institution.

Follow established protocols for access control and visitor management as required by site guidelines.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
