Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE : To enhance product performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Aim to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research, improve manufacturing processes, and deliver high-quality PVC materials that meet the evolving needs of the packaging, labeling, and industrial sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Good organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes, staying current with industry trends and regulations, and providing technical support.
