We are seeking a Panel Shop Supervisor to join our well-established and growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our workshop and production facility. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team of skilled technicians and fabricators to meet quality and production goals.

Job Duties Include :

  • Manage and coordinate the work of assemblers, providing daily guidance, training, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical wiring, assembly, and testing.
  • Develop, implement and enforce shop policies, procedures and safety protocols to maintain a clean, efficient and organized work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance or disciplinary concerns.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies; ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address technical challenges as they arise.
  • Develop and document assembly procedures to ensure all work meets established quality standards.
  • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to inspect products and materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to plan and execute assembly tasks.

  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a workshop or production facility, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, panel assembly, and fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
