Experience with Symitar, VDI, LAN / WAN, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do :
- Define and execute the credit union's technology vision and strategy to support growth and innovation.
- Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and systems development with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Champion information security, compliance, and risk mitigation across all platforms.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships, architecture review boards, and strategic IT partnerships.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support through robust change management and performance monitoring.
