Friday : 9a-5p

SUMMARY

Family Service League is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Mental Health Clinic in East Hampton. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for working at the front desk of the behavioral health clinic. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for interacting with clients by phone or in-person to help navigate clinic services. The Administrative Assistant will assist with appointment scheduling and completion of related paperwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

At least 2 years of related experience in an office setting required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills are required.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.

Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule for office coverage.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting for long periods of time.

Some light lifting may be required.
