ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time safety management position operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours for training and audits. This position also requires travel to various regional sites.

As the Regional Safety Manager, your day begins with engaging new employees in onboarding processes focused on safety and health management. You lead and promote a positive safety culture, influencing behaviors that ensure everyone goes home safe. Conducting safety audits and inspections, you ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while updating workplace safety procedures and programs. Your leadership guides the location Safety Committees, and you monitor safety compliance, ensuring proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). It's all about keeping our workplace hazard-free and making a difference for our team!
