Video Editor & A / V Support Intern (Fort Washington, PA - Hybrid)

Hours : Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule with the ability to come onsite several times a week, occasionally on short notice.

Location : Lincoln Investment, 601 Office Center Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034

Basic Function : We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to primarily support video editing and post-production, with opportunities to assist in studio productions, livestreaming, and webinar support. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience editing professional content and learning the workflows of a modern video production studio. We will provide training, but you must bring strong technical skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to learn quickly. Primary responsibilities include :

• Edit short- and long-form video content in Adobe Premiere Pro (with potential for cross-training in After Effects and Audition).
• Organize and manage media assets, project files, and exports for efficient workflow.
• Apply lower thirds, captions, and graphics while ensuring grammatical accuracy.
• Color correct and adjust audio for a polished, professional final product.
• Deliver videos in various formats optimized for web, social media, or internal platforms.
