Network Cloud Automation Engineer

Keys here are a candidate that has worked in multi cloud environment(AWS must have, Azure, GCP), Automation (terraform, ansible, python), and Network engineering.

Must be able to obtain US security clearance.

This is a Cloud Networking team. The are doing a lot of automation. This candidate need strong AWS cloud network experience and hands on expertise with terraform. They will be automating with Python and Ansible.

Team Overview

I am looking for sr. engineers who are seasoned. You will find that they are primarily focused on project work.

Looking to expand the team with someone who brings a modern network cloud automation engineering skillset, including :

o Cloud expertise (especially AWS, Azure, and GCP)

o Automation skills (Terraform, APIs, Python, Ansible)

o Strong foundational networking knowledge

Note : The ideal candidate doesn't need to be an expert in all areas but should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms and automation tools.

The organization has a large cloud presence, primarily in AWS.

Hiring someone with advanced cloud and automation skills

Security Clearance Requirements

Candidates must be capable of obtaining a 6C clearance.

Eventually, they may be required to obtain a DoD clearance.

This is essential as the team is pursuing work in the DoD space.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Knowledge of Cloud connectivity and configuration (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience scripting and automating network changes. (Python, Ansible, Terraform)

Understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, etc )

Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email

Routing, SPAM, etc.)

Configure and setup Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewalls,Cloud Native Firewall Services, Meraki Switches, Aruba APs and Security appliances for access to vital business applications.
