In this role, your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborating with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Managing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items.
- Assisting in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols.
- Providing friendly and exceptional service to all customers.
Qualifications for Success :
1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectivelyHold a high school diploma or equivalent qualificationPossess business acumen and excellent time management skills.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.Physical Requirements :
