Marketing Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department in daily administrative tasks
• Create and edit photo, video and graphic content for social media using Adobe Suite, native platforms, and other software for commercial and community performances.
• Monitor and report on analytics for social media accounts, website, and email.
• Conduct research on market, industry lists, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Assisting on projects and creating presentations via Canva, PowerPoint
• Promote the venue marketing representative at community and on campus events.
• Interact with patrons before performances as extension of the marketing department.
• Assisting with Community Arts Partnership marketing, branding and administrative needs
• Assist with preparing and publishing digital screens for shows
• Assist in the creation of weekly emails for patron communication
• Assist Group Sale department with presales, database management and information.
• All other duties as assigned
