What does a successful Training Consultant do at Fiserv? As a Training Consultant, you will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support Finxact, Fiserv's next-generation core banking platform. You will manage all aspects of self-service and facilitated training programs using your Finxact subject matter expertise. This includes content development, technical documentation, curriculum design, and delivery. By working closely with leadership and stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of Finxact with a focus on lending solutions.

What you will do :

• Design, develop, facilitate, and maintain Finxact product training programs for employees, partners, and clients.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including conceptual overviews, step-by-step procedures, technical references, and tutorial materials, to support both internal teams and external clients.
• Partner with Instructional Design to assist in the design and development of digital content, facilitation, and assessments.
• Evaluate program feedback and analyze results via performance consulting with Leadership and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with dedicated teams and apply strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret requirements and develop training solutions for complex banking functionality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure information is conveyed efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range $68,100.00 - $121,600.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
