As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Lima, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, engaging with the public, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
