Learning & Development Analyst
Location : Chicago, IL (preferred) Reports to : COO Compensation : $75k-$95k, depending on experience
About The Role
The Learning & Development Analyst will play a pivotal role in bringing The CAM Collective's leadership development strategy to life. This is a hands-on role built for a doersomeone who thrives on translating ideas into structured, compelling, and actionable learning experiences that help our member company executives lead with confidence and clarity. You'll work closely with leadership to upskill current Member Company Presidents (MCPs) and help build a bench of future-ready leaders across our portfolio. You'll execute core deliverables, including building curriculum, creating tools, and managing the operational flow of our learning programs. This is a hands-on role that blends creative design with operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Design & Execution
- Translate leadership principles and business goals into structured, engaging curriculum materials and learning journeys.
- Design polished training presentations, facilitator guides, playbooks, and toolkits for in-person and virtual leadership development sessions.
- Support the creation of scalable learning paths for current and future MCPs.
Program Management
Manage project timelines and deliverables to keep learning initiatives on track and well-coordinated.Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., MCPs, HR, operations, subject matter experts, etc.) to localize and refine program content.Own the logistics of learning experiences, including scheduling, invitations, pre-work materials, and post-session follow-ups.Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyze feedback, track participation and engagement, and surface insights to enhance program effectiveness.Support evaluation of program impact through surveys, business metrics, and learning assessments.Maintain consistency across all L&D deliverables, ensuring they reflect TCC's tone, design, and standards.What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.24 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, consulting, or a related field.Proven ability to create professional, well-designed materials, especially in Google Slides or PowerPoint.A unique blend of creativity and precisionyou care about both aesthetics and accuracy.Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to inform decisions.A proactive, curious, and builder mindsetyou like to test, improve, and create new things from scratch.Who You Are
