Job Description :

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management and Communications Leader to guide stakeholders through a significant transition in business processes and technology. This role requires a thoughtful and collaborative leader with strong OCM expertise to ensure successful adoption and engagement across diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead structured change management activities and document methodologies.
• Craft and deliver effective communications for various stakeholders.
• Facilitate a cross-functional Stakeholder Advisory Forum to gather support and address concerns.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Support training and user acceptance testing efforts.
