🔧 Maintenance Technician – Beverage Manufacturing Facility

Location : Concord, NC

Type : Contract-to-Hire

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced production systems. Your responsibilities will include :

• Maintaining and repairing high-speed fillers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and water filtration systems.
• Leading preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—including 3-phase and 480v motors.
• Supporting production line changeovers and equipment installations.
• Training operators and junior technicians on equipment use and maintenance.
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
• Keeping maintenance areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00 / hr.
