They're looking for a Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead complex roadway and bridge projects, mentor a team of 4–5 engineers, and manage multiple initiatives from proposals and business development to construction plan development and review.

What You’ll Need :

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Ohio)
• 15+ years’ experience , including DOT road / bridge bid & design & construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
• Proven track record managing projects and mentoring teams
