Overview
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Training and Service to architect and lead a high-impact training and servicing organization from the ground up. This role will design and build a national program focused on increasing dealership income performance through F&I excellence, sales training, and compliance. The Director will oversee the creation of curriculum, the launch of an integrated virtual and in-person training platform, and the development of regional field resources dedicated to dealer profitability and relationship support.
Responsibilities
- Lead training efforts to increase PVR, product penetration and reinsurance performance while complementing the existing AGWS University training curriculum
- Architect and deploy the national training & servicing framework—including content, playbooks, reporting, and platform
- Recruit and manage a field team of Regional Income & Training Specialists who support AGWS distribution partners with dealer support
- Launch live seminars, virtual academies, and in-store support tailored to new hires and distribution partners
- Oversee creation of income-focused training content : sales playbooks, objection-handling scripts, and deal optimization techniques
- Support agencies and distribution partners with scalable training assets and consultative field support
- Own reporting dashboards, scorecards, and continuous content improvement based on dealer results and field feedback

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to travel 60-70% across the US8+ years of leadership in income development, F&I training, or dealer services requiredDeep knowledge of F&I products, sales processes, and dealership operationsProven ability to build teams and programs from scratchSkilled in instructional design, LMS deployment, and analytics-driven performance managementEntrepreneurial mindset with strong field presence and business acumenMust have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI / DUI / DWI violations in the last five yearsBenefits
