In this role, you’ll oversee the care team and provide essential education and training related to clinical practices, as well as stay updated on regulatory and reimbursement changes. You’ll also be integral in orienting new staff members, ensuring that our team delivers the highest quality of care to every patient.

Qualifications :

  • A genuine desire to serve patients and their families with unparalleled care
  • Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
  • Experience : 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a relevant clinical setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge appropriate for supervision responsibilities
  • Requirements : Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs effectively.
