Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & Documentation – Develop and maintain detailed process maps for the full IT asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
- Use BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) to visualize workflows and dependencies.
- Create SOPs and process documentation aligned with ITIL and ISO standards.
- Process Analysis & Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks in current ITAM processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with ITAM, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to gather requirements and validate processes.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business needs and pain points.
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure mapped processes align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date process documentation and controls.
- Tool & System Integration – Collaborate with IT to align process maps with system workflows (e.g., GEP, CMDB, Axonious, SCCM).
- Assist in defining requirements for automation and integration of ITAM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Business Process Analysis, or related roles.Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).Strong understanding of ITAM frameworks (ITIL, ISO 19770).Experience with ITSM / ITAM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Lansweeper).Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsEducation
