About the Role
The Care Center IT Asset & Technology Analyst is a key member of our IT team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices across multiple care centers. This includes the procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of PCs, tablets, phones, and related equipment.
This role combines hands-on Tier 2 technical support with strategic IT asset management and infrastructure coordination . The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, operational discipline, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and endpoint devices
Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, tablets, phones, and related systems
Deliver excellent service through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or SysAid
Oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and asset tracking using Lan Sweeper
Support patch management and vulnerability remediation using SCCM, Tenable, and Nessus
Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy configuration, and compliance
Assist with Windows 10 / 11 migrations and SCCM software deployments
Maintain and troubleshoot network and telecom infrastructure (LAN / WAN, VoIP, MDF / IDF, UPS systems)
Coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance with IT teams, vendors, and contractors
Maintain detailed documentation for processes, systems, and service records
Travel up to 25% to provide onsite support at care centers, data centers, and vendor locations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
5-7 years of IT or telecommunications experience in an enterprise environment
Preferred certifications : Network+, Security+, CCENT, or CCT (or ability to obtain)
Technical Skills
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft OS, MS Office , and remote support tools
Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, SysAid
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Familiarity with LAN / WAN, VoIP, TCP / IP , and telecom / network infrastructure
Experience with security tools such as Tenable, Nessus, Cortex , and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Experience with Apple Business Manager and mobile device management (MDM)
Knowledge of device imaging, patching, and deployment automation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Windows Server remediation
Strong understanding of endpoint security and vulnerability management
Skilled in deploying updates, drivers, and patches using SCCM and Intune
Excellent documentation, organization, and process improvement abilities
