Pay Range $23 to $27 per hour.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute :

The H+H Group is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the People and Culture Team (HR). The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all Associates within our retail organization. This position is responsible for managing payroll data, maintaining Associate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll tax regulations. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with teams to handle pay increases, leave of absence adjustments, and resolve any payroll discrepancies. Utilizing the payroll software ADP, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of payroll processes. Ultimately, this position ensures Associates are compensated correctly and on schedule, supporting overall Associate satisfaction and organizational compliance.

• Work as a member of the Payroll Team to process payroll and benefits using ADP.
• Process new hires, transfers, terminations, pay increases, and taxes.
• Reconcile benefit statements and accounts.
• The schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
• Note - this role is not remote.
