Job Title : Automotive Lube Technician

Location : Dunnellon, Florida

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $16-$19 to start

We're seeking a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing team. Job Summary :

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacement and rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections. You’ll work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, etc.)
  • Inspect tires and perform rotations or replacements when needed.
  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other minor components.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in automotive service or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
