The Intensive Care Unit is a 4-bed critical care unit where provides intensive therapies and interventions to adult patients. Provision of care includes acute and chronic respiratory failure, ventilator management, sepsis, metabolic disorders, surgical recoveries, and cardiac monitoring with management.
Summary :
The Registered Nurse role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
