Program Administrator For Practical Nurse (PN) Program

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Program Administrator for our Practical Nurse (PN) program. The Program Administrator must have a current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio. The Program Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that it is meeting its educational goals, and that students are receiving the highest quality education. This opportunity is in-person in Columbus Ohio. This position reports to our Head of Learning. Teaching responsibilities- you will be the didactic, skills lab (in-person), and clinical educator (in-person). Oversee the curriculum for the PN program. Manage program enrollment, including recruitment and admissions, orientation, and registration. Oversee student progress and performance, including grading, academic advising, and program completion. Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students. Develop and manage program budgets and resources. Conduct program evaluation and assessment, and make data-driven recommendations for program improvement. Ability to have a flexible schedule, with some evening classes and weekend obligations involved.

Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio. Experience in nursing practice, education and administration. A graduate degree with a major in nursing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the practice of nursing as an RN, and at least 2 years in the management of a nursing education program. At least 2 years of teaching experience in nursing education. Experience being clinical faculty. Ability to use Laerdal manikins for simulation labs. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance of nursing programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $125,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
