Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for the software development team, focusing on modernizing legacy applications

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure software meets customer needs and deliverables are met on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a relevant technical field preferred

10+ years of IT Management experience with direct leadership of software development teams

Experience with cloud-first development and microservice architectures

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance development efficiency

Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development technologies
