Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance- Questionnaire in files must be completed prior to an offer being accepted. Assignment for 16-32 weeks. RN for Long Term Care Unit, not taking an LPN for this need : Floating required. 8H Days, 72H biweekly, 4 x 8s one week and 5 x 8s the next. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Traveler Must be able to work all holidays. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review. Requirements :

Total Hourly Pay Rate : $65.64 Per Hour

On W2(Taxable) : $18.00 Per Hour

Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $47.64 Per Hour

Weekly Breakdown :

Weekly Gross : $2,363.00 Per Week

On W2(Taxable) : $648.00 Per Week

Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $1,715.00 Per Week
