Location : Chicago or San Francisco Region; San Francisco Bay Area option with in-office presence 2-3 times per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the product owners and engineering leads to support the end-to-end vision of the product
- Collaborate with other content engineers to decide information structure, relationships and strategy
- Coach other business leads and stakeholders on design thinking to solve user needs and support the product design culture
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, including managing expectations and obtaining agreement on key objectives
- Scale solutions through component-based approaches, advance the design system, and refine the delivery process
- Support a collaborative, transparent, high-performing team environment with a positive, results-oriented attitude
- Use data and experimentation in the design process to deliver outcomes
- Promote open discussions of new ideas and differing viewpoints
- Lead training sessions on GPT & Kibana tools for relevant team members
- Communicate with engineering on code-related roadblocks and follow up when deadlines are not met
- Own and manage the growth of the prompt library to meet evolving user needs
- Conduct extensive testing of prompts and make data-driven adjustments
- Manage and refine virtual voice agents to optimize inbound / outbound interactions
- Utilize Kibana to design and optimize dashboards and visualizations
- Rapidly test and iterate on GPT prompts and no-code tooling to gather user feedback
- Shadow product users and iterate on AI to better fit use cases
- Advance conversational AI and new functionality to improve navigation programs
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
- Build out GPT prompts across all operational units
- Create campaign infrastructure / automation in the PRM
- Develop new content for customers across the company
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and no-code tooling
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (UX / UI design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science) or equivalent experienceProven experience with GPT (or similar AI content generation technologies) and KibanaStrong knowledge of Elasticsearch and its integration with KibanaAbility to communicate complex technical topics clearlyExperience interfacing with customers in high-demand environments and driving product adoptionPreferred Qualifications :
