What this job involves :
As an Integrated Facilities Management Lead at JLL, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive facilities management services across a Global Real Estate & Facilities portfolio consisting of 200+ locations across AMER totaling approximately 32 million square feet. This strategic leadership role requires you to manage Grade A office spaces, research and development sites, laboratory environments, and specialty spaces while developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional building operations to meet GREF customer needs. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, anticipate client needs, and deliver results that outperform key performance indicators within contract requirements while maintaining a frugal mindset and ensuring efficient, timely service delivery.
