A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Administrator for My HR Live Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely benefits assistance to employees via various contact channels
Resolve benefit inquiries on the first contact and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Demonstrate ownership and specialized knowledge in health, wellness, and financial benefits
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Benefits and / or Human Resources role or contact center environment
Experience working within a global organization
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information
Bachelor's degree or advanced education in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
6+ months of My HR Live Support experience is preferred
