Senior Program Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic senior program manager to manage and evolve NetApp's Strategic Investments Model with the NetApp Partner Ecosystem. This individual is responsible for core program management of the strategic incentives lever and developing a rhythm of the business to proactively monitor and drive attainment with GEO leaders as well as analyzing results to develop performance insights. The Senior Program Manager must be capable of ranging from detailed data analytics to an executive presentation presence. You will be working with functions ranging from finance / operations teams to program strategy and partner management. The successful candidate will have an innate curiosity that drives ongoing performance inspection.

Compensation : The target salary range for this position is 158,100 - 235,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
