Responsibilities :
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams by preparing and maintaining sterile fields in the operating room.
- Handle and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
- Process, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to support efficient operating room workflows.
- Monitor and restock OR and sterile processing department supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and quality standards.
