Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist

We are seeking an exceptional Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist, US East & Canada who is team-oriented, collaborative, "hands on roll-up their sleeves", has Workday experience and has high customer service standards. The Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist role will be focused on administering support with HR inquiries, benefits, payroll, and Workday system implementation for a go "live on 1.1.2026 tasks to include but not limited to : data analysis, extraction of data from legacy systems, Workday system maintenance and other tasks associated with a new system implementation, completed in alignment with ISP and school standards. This role will support our shared HR services inbox.

This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with many moving pieces, have Workday experience and seeks to ensure they provide a "white-glove" customer service experience for our candidates and employees. In this role, you will be supporting a People Operations (HR) Shared Services with upwards to 1,000 employees in a multi-state environment and growing.
