Principal Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Platform Engineer - Applied AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Drive technical decisions and mentor a team of senior engineers to enhance AI capabilities

Design and implement AI-enhanced platform engineering solutions for operational excellence

Collaborate with product teams to identify AI opportunities and manage end-to-end delivery of solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of platform engineering or DevOps experience with expertise in SRE principles and operational workflows

Proven experience in enhancing platform operations using AI technologies

Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

Strong understanding of software engineering and DevOps principles

Ability to build scalable and reusable solutions while leading and mentoring engineering teams
