Job Summary

Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

Core Job Duties

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
• Creation of compliance labels using POS system
• Applying compliance labels to all products
• Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

Pay Range : $18.50 - $18.50 USD
