A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to support marketing analytics and reporting within the Individual and Family Plan business segment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify analytics challenges and develop solutions
Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for marketing campaigns
Provide ongoing reporting and improve communication of marketing performance across the organization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, business, data, or digital analytics, preferably within healthcare or insurance
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, or SAS for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Tableau
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business / Marketing Analytics, or a related field preferred
