A well-established skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and experienced

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join its leadership team.

Shift : Nights

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate daily nursing staff assignments

Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and families

Serve as a resource for clinical staff, addressing inquiries and providing guidance

Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with facility protocols

Safeguard resident privacy and ensure proper handling of confidential information

Accurately manage clinical documentation and care records

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications :

Active RN license in New York State

At least 3 years of experience in long-term care settings

Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer literacy
